你多久没和自己独处了?

How long has it been since you were alone?

20年我步入30岁,开始有了生活的压力,每天穿梭于城市之间,快节奏的生活在每天清晨开始,随着夜幕落下,周而复始。手动剃须刀落上了灰尘,我开始把剃须当成一件任务,用电动剃须刀草草了事,有时甚至都不看镜子里的自己。

In 2020, when I was 30 years old, I began to feel the pressure of life. I travel through the city every day. The fast-paced life started in the morning and went on and on as the night fell. As the manual razor gathered dust, I began to make shaving a boring task, using the electric razor and sometimes not even looking at myself in the mirror.

我想每个男人都梦想拥有一把属于自己的剃须刀,在整个剃须刀行业同质化越来越严重的今天,“剃须”这件每天都要经历的事,越来越被忽视,想拥有一把属于自己的剃须刀也更加艰难。

于是我和团队聚焦于此,想通过设计一款全新的手动剃须刀让每个男人度过一个与自己独处的美好时光。

I think it's every man's dream to have his own razor. In the world where the razor industry is becoming more and more homogeneous. Shaving, an everyday experience, is becoming more and more neglected and it's harder to own your own razor. So, my team and I focused on this, and we wanted to give every man a good time with himself by designing a new manual razor.

灵感来源:力量和肌肉是男性的代表,作为一款男性手动剃须刀,这款设计的最初的灵感来自于肌肉与骨骼的穿插,设计师通过抽象和阵列骨骼单元把生物与生俱来的形态美发挥到淋漓尽致,同时阵列的单元与手指关节相互呼应,握感更加舒适。

Inspiration: strength and muscle is the male representative, as a male manual razor, the design of the initial inspiration comes from the muscles and bones of thrust, designers through the abstraction and bone cell array to form beauty play of the creature born to incisively and vividly, at the same time unit and finger joint fit each other which makes the razor more comfortable to hold.

好的设计是外观与功能的统一

Good design is the unity of appearance and function

我们相信好的设计一定是外观和功能相互上统一的,镂空式的手柄设计不仅仅带来外观的全新体验,也让产品更加轻便,舒适;重量适中,拿在手里既有手感,又不觉得沉;通过变换手腕的角度轻松剃须。

We believe that a good design must be unified in appearance and function. The hollow-out handle design not only brings a new appearance experience, but also makes the product more lightweight and comfortable.It weighs is perfect and feels good in your hand without feeling heavy, Shaving becomes easier by changing the angle of your wrist.

好的设计是对新材料工艺的良好应用

Good design is a good application of new material processes

基于全新光敏树脂自研材料EM,采用急速液态3D打印技术SLA一体成型,突破了传统工艺对产品的限制,让造型更加丰富,视觉更加强烈,带来全新感受;未来还将可以快速迭代出更多的刀柄设计,或定制化设计,这就是3D打印的优势,随着技术的发展,越来越多的人将用上属于自己的剃须刀。表面喷抗菌漆并带有防滑功能,手感细腻,彰显生活品质!

好的设计是简单的

Good design is simple

刀头创新:关于刀头安装与使用的创新,也是这款设计的一个设计点;支架自身延伸出弹片结构,薄巧的刀头槽一改以往剃须刀的繁琐连接,更加简单实用,简化刀头装配工序的同时还保证了刀头的使用体验,极大提高了生产的效率。

Innovation of blade: the innovation of razor head installation and use is also a design point of this product. The bracket itself extends the elastic sheet structure, and the thin blade groove changes the tedious connection of the razor, which is more simple and practical. It not only simplifies the assembly process of the razor head, but also ensures the use experience of the razor head and greatly improves the production efficiency.

弹片设计:刀头的俯仰角是衡量手动剃须刀是否好用的一个重要标准,传统剃须刀会采用弹簧或者其他复杂结构来实现,这款设计的以全新的思路思考,把弹片做在刀头槽的两侧,这样可以保证受力的均衡,而弹片结构非常简单就是靠材料的韧性和表面的摩擦力实现。

Elastic sheet design: the pitching Angle of the razor head is an important measurement of whether a manual razor is good or not, traditional razor always use spring or other complex structure. With new ideas of the design thinking, there will be an elastic sheet on both sides of the groove of the razor head, so that we can guarantee the force equilibrium, and structure of elastic sheet is very simple which is realized by the toughness of the material and the friction on the surface.

底部磁吸:在底部我们添加磁吸功能,方便收纳;可以把剃须刀随意吸附在卫生间的任意地方,比如铁架子上等等,倒立悬挂还有一个好处是可以把沾在剃须刀上的水控干,保持卫生。

Bottom magnetic absorption: we add magnetic absorption function at the bottom to facilitate storage; The razor can be attached to anywhere of the bathroom, such as an iron rack.  And upside-down hanging has another benefit which can make the razor dry faster to keep clean.

对于未来材质的选择,我们不仅仅局限于塑料,可以尝试金属,不同的CMF选择将为产品带来全新的体验。剃须不是任务,清爽的面庞是对别人的尊重,更是一种生活的态度。

For the choice of materials in the future, we are not limited to plastic, we can try metal, different CMF selection will bring a new experience to the product. Shaving is not a task, clean face is a respect for others, but more of a life attitude.
